STOCK YOUR PANTRY

This is a list of items that I keep stocked in my home.  I purchased about ten glass jars with lids from Target to make storage easy.  It is my own personal "Bulk Aisle" (cabinet in my house), just like being at Whole Foods.  I used chalk board lables to make it easy to change and update the containers.  This is a work in progress and Tanya and I will continue to add info. that makes our lives easier.



Nuts & Seeds
  • Pecans
  • Walnuts
  • Sliced almonds
  • Whole almonds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Chia seeds (some say they are not Paleo, but I don't have a problem with them)
Flours & Meals
  • Almond Flour
  • Coconut Flour
  • Arrowroot Powder (For thickening)
  • Flax Seed Meal
Oils
  • Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • Olive Oil
  • Macadamia Nut Oil
  • Sesame Oil
Spices, Vinegars, Sauces, etc.
  • Coconut Aminos
  • Fish sauce
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Honey (I use local b/c it is the best!)
  • Dijon (make sure it is grain free)
  • Spices -smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, pepper (red & black), chili powder,
    garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, rosemary, thyme, basil, cinnamon, and curry powder, sea salt
  • Canned coconut milk (full fat)
  • Tomato paste
  • Tomato sauce
  • Rotel (I just can't live without!)
  • Chicken and Beef broth or I make and freeze my own bone broth

Dried Fruits
  • Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
