- Spices -smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, pepper (red & black), chili powder,
garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, rosemary, thyme, basil, cinnamon, and curry powder, sea salt - Canned coconut milk (full fat)
- Tomato paste
- Tomato sauce
- Rotel (I just can't live without!)
- Chicken and Beef broth or I make and freeze my own bone broth
